Monette is a creative producer and storyteller with a sharp eye for both narrative and visual tone. She helps shape the creative direction of Agave Road’s slate, collaborating closely with writer-producer Mark Frederickson to develop storylines, characters, and the emotional rhythm of each project. With over a decade of experience as a graphics coordinator and producer in entertainment news, and over a decade of working in set decoration and props through IATSE Local 44, Monette blends storytelling instincts with production know-how and design intuition. Known for her organization, drive, and collaborative energy, she keeps the team focused and the vision cohesive.
Mark Frederickson
Co-Founder & Partner
Mark is a writer-producer with a deep background in storytelling and development. As head writer and co-writer of each of Agave Road’s films, he leads the creative foundation of the company’s slate, shaping storylines, characters, and emotional tone. With over a decade of experience in story development and multiple decades in production, Mark brings both creative precision and real-world perspective to the process. His ability to craft compelling narratives and layered characters anchors the company’s creative vision and sets the tone for its projects ahead.
Jason Rosenberg
Producing Partner
Jason is a producer with a sharp sense for strategy, collaboration, and execution. He joined Agave Road to expand the company’s network and strengthen its industry relationships, helping guide projects from development through production with a grounded, business-focused perspective. With hands-on production experience and a lifelong understanding of the entertainment landscape, Jason brings steady insight and structure to the team. Known for his calm focus and practical approach, he helps keep projects moving forward efficiently and effectively.
